PGY-168 Smart BMS is a 20S 60A Bluetooth battery management system designed for LiFePO₄ battery packs. It supports up to 60A continuous charge and discharge current and uses a common port design with one-wire communication for simpler wiring and easier system integration. With built-in battery protection, real-time monitoring, SOC estimation, passive balancing, and pre-discharge (anti-spark) function, this smart BMS is suitable for high-power lithium battery applications that require safer operation and more efficient battery management.
Through Bluetooth APP monitoring, users can view key battery data in real time, including cell voltage, pack voltage, current, temperature, SOC, and cycle count, and adjust parameters more conveniently. The PGY-168 also supports sleep, deep-sleep, wake-up control, and firmware OTA upgrade, making it a practical solution for battery pack builders, EV battery projects, and energy storage systems that need smart monitoring and protection.
